my light on legal things is so low, nothing around it wants to grow.

i will give a list of legal documents i need to have started.
and then you add to it or break it down to what you know is real important.
i need options, resources, info. i hear most people die without much thought
on these things anyway. but while i`m here i want to see what pen and paper
can do! what a diff it now would be if guys didnt sit at that table and
write a few words for a declaration, or a constiution for the u.s.
but what makes it legal? well anyway... lets alter the future.

what are local trusts can i check up on? so i dont need write/manage my own.
my dad is so -old!-... is there a way i can get him to transfer his assets,
such as with no house on it, to a trust for him and his sons,
without getting billed for probate or taxes? older people seem to want what
they have... placed upon persons they admire, or family, or in places were it
would be most useful/productive for everyone! i know i do.
but neither i, nor dad, sons, nor evn friends of ours know how 2 order things
in a legal way. or how to fight the system.
